Meet your teacher
I believe every child deserves to learn the Quran in a calm, patient and encouraging environment.
From my home in Islamabad, I teach children around the world through personal one-to-one lessons, giving each student the time and attention they deserve.
I completed full-time madrasa education, earning my Shahadatul Almia qualification, and I am also blessed to have memorised the Holy Quran (Hifz).
Whether your family speaks Urdu, Pashto or English, my aim is always the same: to help every student build confidence, strengthen their recitation and develop a lasting love for the Quran.

What I teach
Every lesson is private and one to one, and built around your child's current level and pace.
This is for children who are just beginning. We start with the Qaida and learn the Arabic letters and how to say them correctly, moving at a pace that suits your child.
Qaida for beginnersFor children who can already read but need to read more accurately. We work on pronunciation and the rules of Tajweed so the reading becomes clearer and more confident.
Reading and TajweedFor children who are memorising the Quran. We add new portions gradually and revise earlier ones often, so that what your child has learned stays with them.
Memorisation and revisionPrivate lessons for women who want to improve their Quran reading or Tajweed, or study Fiqh with Abida. Lessons are adapted to the student's level and goals.
For women and older girlsIf you are not sure which lessons would suit your child, the free introduction is a good place to start.
How it works
Tell me a little about your child, including their age and how they are getting on with their reading.
We meet for a short video call so I can say hello and see your child's current level. This is an introduction, not a full lesson.
I suggest which lessons would suit your child and how often to study. For most children I recommend two lessons a week.
When you are happy to go ahead, we agree a schedule and start. I will keep you updated on how your child is doing.
No cost · No obligation
The first step is a short video call. I meet your child, see how they are reading at the moment, and suggest a good way to begin. There is no cost and no obligation to continue.
